Hyatt Pune

The breakfast experience was a delightful blend of variety, quality, and impeccable service. It had quick and healthy bite or even a leisurely, indulgent meal. The attention to detail, the diversity of options, and the elegant setting make it a perfect choice for starting your day on a high note. Daily was accompanied by coral at the breakfast table, which is really very thoughtful as i was sitting alone. Also to mention my favourites missal pav, bun maska and filter coffee. Room was good with a great view.

I recently decided to visit the city of Pune to explore tourist attractions there. I was surprised at the amount of traffic in Pune which I didn’t expect but it had also been a long time since I last visited. Nevertheless, a great city with a good number of tourist spots to visit in and around the city too. I personally liked Aga Khan palace, Shaniwar Vada and the Japanese friendship garden. Must visit. I book a room at Hyatt for this trip and was very happy with my stay. Clean hotel, helpful staff. I must mention Bikash at front desk who was extremely patient and helpful. The housekeeping staff which had Biswajit kept my room really clean and were quick and efficient and made sure to have everything well stocked in my room. I had an issue with my pillow (too soft) and they immediately gave me 3 more with different firmness to try. Very sweet of them to do that. The restaurants are very nice and the gym and spa area is outstanding. Loved using the gym and steam everyday . Overall had a great experience and was thankful to the friendly staff for making my stay extremely comfortable.

It is worth the price for the service, safety, and creature comforts. The staff were easy to contact and held my room while I was stuck in Delhi Airport for 24hours and only arrived the midnight before I was checking out. So many hotels would have charged the full amount and cancelled the booking but they were communicative and helpful, yes I did pay the full two nights but honestly, worth it not to have to find a hotel at midnight for 12 hours!

The rooms are small, compact and and clean.While the staff are helpful,the billing systems are terrible and they can't seem to get it right ,be it billing for food or pre authorisation,it was a constant. There was an intent to help but there were lot of misses like asking for items during breakfast or dinner which wouldn't come .If courier was coming the default was to return the item rather than receive . But once pointed out they did try to help. Staff are helpful

1.Nearby airport location so good for business travellers . 2.The staffs are pretty nice since reception to restaurants to housekeeping welcoming and all my requirements were taken care off. Special mention to reception guy Mr Snehal to be pretty helpful . From housekeeping supervisor Sandesh and Raja. 3.Awesome spreaded out tasty breakfast . 4.Well maintained nice calm and comforting swimming pool . 5.Room amenities were adequate and replenished everyday and even on asking for. 6.Fantastic in-house pan Asian restaurant Ban Tao , tasty food and always welcoming Miss Snehal .. The dinner there was excellent.
