I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the team for all the effort you put into arranging the proposal room at Hyatt Pune. From the beautiful decorations, cake, flowers, and bouquet to the stunning view and the thoughtful coordination with your team to keep it a surprise — every detail was handled with such care. You truly went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable, and it meant the world to both of us. What was already a special occasion became even more magical because of your support and attention to detail. We were visiting just for one night and we had a comfortable stay, thank you. 24 hour Room service was a saviour as we got back from a concert really late in the night and we were starving. I did use the fitness centre which was a little small but was set in a nice location by the pool, the steam room and sauna was nice too, the health club lockers were not properly accessible as the property was going to be renovated. Breakfast was the highlight - a huge variety to choose from and wonderful service from the restaurant team.

The breakfast experience was a delightful blend of variety, quality, and impeccable service. It had quick and healthy bite or even a leisurely, indulgent meal. The attention to detail, the diversity of options, and the elegant setting make it a perfect choice for starting your day on a high note. Daily was accompanied by coral at the breakfast table, which is really very thoughtful as i was sitting alone. Also to mention my favourites missal pav, bun maska and filter coffee. Room was good with a great view.

It is worth the price for the service, safety, and creature comforts. The staff were easy to contact and held my room while I was stuck in Delhi Airport for 24hours and only arrived the midnight before I was checking out. So many hotels would have charged the full amount and cancelled the booking but they were communicative and helpful, yes I did pay the full two nights but honestly, worth it not to have to find a hotel at midnight for 12 hours!

I recently decided to visit the city of Pune to explore tourist attractions there. I was surprised at the amount of traffic in Pune which I didn’t expect but it had also been a long time since I last visited. Nevertheless, a great city with a good number of tourist spots to visit in and around the city too. I personally liked Aga Khan palace, Shaniwar Vada and the Japanese friendship garden. Must visit. I book a room at Hyatt for this trip and was very happy with my stay. Clean hotel, helpful staff. I must mention Bikash at front desk who was extremely patient and helpful. The housekeeping staff which had Biswajit kept my room really clean and were quick and efficient and made sure to have everything well stocked in my room. I had an issue with my pillow (too soft) and they immediately gave me 3 more with different firmness to try. Very sweet of them to do that. The restaurants are very nice and the gym and spa area is outstanding. Loved using the gym and steam everyday . Overall had a great experience and was thankful to the friendly staff for making my stay extremely comfortable.
